Il giornale Vogue incorona le donne inglesi piu´
glamorous : nella classifica non ci sono solo modelle. Presenti infatti,
anche stiliste, artiste ,scrittrici e attrici come Rosamund
Pike.
The Magazine Vogue nominated the 50 most glamorous women in UK in the magazine's December issue. Actors nominated in the Top 50 Definitive List of Today's Glamorous Women include Vanessa Redgrave, Pride and Prejudice star Rosamund Pike, and Charlotte Rampling. Read the whole article here.

Ricordate gente che domani, in Italia, esce nei
cinema (finalmente!) il film "Fracture", da noi
chiamato"Il caso Thomas Crawford". Il film è uscito in USA il 20
aprile, incassando $ 39,004,700. Il film ha Rosamund tra gli interpreti,ma è
un ruolo abbastanza marginale.Trama del film:Quando Thomas Crawford (Anthony
Hopkins) scopre che la sua bella e giovane moglie Jennifer (Embeth Davidtz),
ha una relazione extraconiugale, decide di ucciderla, e pianifica un delitto
perfetto... Tra i poliziotti che giungono sulla scena del delitto c'è un
esperto negoziatore di ostaggi, il Detective Rob Nunally (Billy Burke),
l'unico agente al quale è consentito l'accesso alla abitazione. A sorpresa,
Crawford confessa subito di aver sparato a sua moglie, ma Nunally è
totalmente sopraffatto dall'incredulità per prestargli la dovuta attenzione:
sul pavimento giace infatti, in una pozza di sangue, la sua amante, della
quale non ha mai veramente conosciuto l'identità. Nonostante Jennifer sia
stata colpita a bruciapelo, Nunally si rende conto che non è morta. Crawford
viene immediatamente arrestato e chiamato in giudizio subito dopo la
confessione. Apparentemente si tratta di un caso scontato per il rampante
assistente alla Procura Distrettuale Willy Beachum (Ryan Gosling), che in
realtà sta per lasciare l'attuale incarico per dedicarsi a mansioni ben più
redditizie presso un ufficio legale privato. Ma niente è facile come sembra,
compreso il caso. Potranno il fascino del potere e di una relazione con la
sensuale e ambiziosa avvocatessa (Rosamund Pike) influenzare la feroce ascesa
al successo di Willy o peggio ancora corrompere il suo codice etico? In un
teso duello fra intelletto e strategia, Crawford e Willy imparano entrambi che
dietro l'ostentazione di una qualsiasi facciata perfetta si nasconde una
"frattura".

Ho aggiunto una nuova interessantisisma sezione, il cui contenuto mi è stato segnalato da Paola -grazie mille- : La settimana di Rosamund Pike. La nostra adorata ci parla di una settimana particolare trascorsa durante lo spettacolo teatrale Summer & Smoke, a fianco di Crish Carmack (Luke in Oc). Date unocchiata eprchè è interessantissimo!

L'attore Serbian Rade Serbedzija ha vinto il premio
come miglior attore al Festival del Cinema di Roma per il film "Fugitive
pieces", in cui Rosamund recita. Peccato che per lei non sia arrivato
nulla! Intanto ancora non si sa precisamente la data dell'uscita di questo
film candidato anche al Toronto film festival.
<ù>Ho aggiunto alla gallery un servizio fotografico in alta qualità
fatto in occasione, a quanto mi pare di capire guardando l'abito, in occasione
del film The Libertine, in cui Rosamund interpretava Elizabeth Malet,la
moglie di Johnny Depp.
Serbian Rade Serbedzija picked up the best actor award
for his part in the film Fugitive Pieces by Canadian Jeremy Podeswa, a
story of a Polish immigrant to Canada haunted by having lost his parents
during World War II. Unfortunatly there were nothing for Rosamund, who is the
co-protagonist of this movie.And we do not even know exactly the relase date
of the movie who was also candidated in the Toronto film fest..
By the way, I just added a photoshot to the gallery that, I guess
(look at the dress) she did during the movie "The Libertine"
where she played Elizabeth Malet, Johnny Depp' wife.

Ieri Rosamund era a Roma per la premiere del film "Fugitive Pieces". Purtroppo non sono potuta andare :( èla seconda volta ke viene in Italia in quetso piccolo lasso di tempo(a settembre era a Venezia) ed io me la sono persa :( Accontentiamoci quindi delle foto dell'evento:bellissima come al solito!Ho aggiunto anche le foto dal photocall:
Iestrday Rosamund was in Rome for the Premiere of her movie "Fugitive Pieces" but unfortunatly I didn't go there to see her :( let's see , at least, the pictures of the event: she was wonderful as usual!And I ALSO Added the Photocall of the movie in Rome..

L'attrice inglese Rosamund Pike Sposerà il regista Joe Wright il prossimo 8 Maggio, secondi le fonti.La coppia - conosciutasi durante le riprese delfilm Orgoglio e Pregiudizio diretto da lui e recitato da lei nel 2005- si è fidanzata sul lago di Como. in Italia in occasione del Festival del Cinema di Venezia (8 settembre). La fonte ha comunicato al Daily Mail: "Rosamund è ovviamente Eccitatissima. Lei e Jo si sposeranno a Maggio in Inghilterra"
British actress ROSAMUND PIKE will marry film director JOE WRIGHT next May (08), according to reports. The pair - who met on the set of period drama Pride and Prejudice two years ago (05) - got engaged at at Lake Como in Italy on the eve of the Venice Film Festival last month (Sep08). A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mail, "Rosamund is obviously very excited. She and Joe want to get married in May in England."
